Topics include the nature and sources of law; courts and procedure; contracts, employment; Uniform Commercial Code; property; environmental; business organizations; tort liability; insurance; consumer and creditor protection; bankruptcy; criminal law; and agency law. Credit not allowed for more than one of BGEN 235, BGEN 361 and BADM 257.
